Healing Dives hyperbaric chambers took $ 5,495 and went into hiding.

After I googled info for hyperbaric chambers, I left my phone contact info for suppliers and a couple of weeks later I got a call fro Diane Pechenick who was very conversant and informed about HBOT therapy. We spoke again a few days later after I looked at the Site "Healing Dives" which she was affiliated with. I had done prior research and found her product to be reasonable priced and the site was very clear and informative.

I spoke to Miss Pechenick and explained my financial limitations and my health limitations Which are Chronic fatigue diverticulosis and sleep apnea to name a few. After much reassuring , she faxed me the contract , I filled it out along with a doctors script and a check.

Along with the contract was a warranty to return or replace within 7 days.

It took about three weeks to get the chamber after much back and forth with Miss Pechenick. It came missing parts and with parts that were not shown on her site Healing Dives,

At that point I decided to return the Item and had multiple talks about that as she tried to convince me that it was no big deal and i should be OK with the chamber. I told her repeatedly that I wanted a refund . She grew frustrated and stopped answering my calls or responding to my emails.

I contacted The manufacturer and after some struggle ,he agreed to honor

swap out the chamber with an upgrade. I got the upgrade a couple weeksn later but since getting my money which I sent on 9/26/2011, Miss Pechenick has been combative and a no show. Today 11/11/2011 and no calls no emails nothing from Diane. My health is very shoddy and my energy and focus is low so I have to pick my fights ans use my energy wisely in taking care of my home and two small children.

On further research, which is very difficult for me, I found Diane Pechenick had quite a few negative connections and commentary along with legal fraudulent and dishonest dealings with a Judgment or two against her. If I had known then what I know now I would have run like a scalded dog.

People who pry on the sick, and infirm are right there with the rest of the bottom feeders.

Maybe you are unaware that impersonating an FDA officer and filing false reports with the FDA is against the law. The Feds will catch up with you one of these days and hopefully shut your company down and throw you in jail, where you belong!

Hey Peter. You sound like damage control to me.I can almost feel Healing Dives guiding hand on your shoulder.

This isn't "NOT PISSED" Consumer. So if you want to rave about said company I suggest you find another forum.$5,495 is nothing to sneeze at {pun intended}and it did happen.

I have purchased two chambers and had them shipped to Europe no problems. Good product. Will order more for business.

The angel of mercy is still out there smiling and exuding medical advise and angelic comfort while I ripping people off. This is a new field so it will take awhile for things to catch up with people like her

It's very upsetting that this "company" is able to continually get away with fraud. A dear (brain injured) friend of mine was a victim of her too. This sort of practice should be punishable by prison.

Robert Denver is not a real person. He is a figment of my competitor's imagination. Perhaps my competitor is not aware that it is illegal in the state of California to impersonate someone on the Internet.

She is guilty of a whole lot more. She sells waste treatment oxygen concentrators to peope who expect to be purchasing REAL oxygen concentrators for human use. Check out the whole scam at www.hyperbarics.info.
